These no-bake energy balls are made with simple, whole ingredients you can actually recognise. Naturally sweetened, packed with healthy fats and fibre, and perfect for busy days when you want something nourishing — not processed.

🥥 INGREDIENTS

¾ cup sliced almonds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1⅓ cups unsweetened shredded coconut (reserve ⅓ cup for rolling)

1 cup dried pineapple pieces

10 pitted dates

1½ tablespoons coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt


🍍 METHOD

  1. Add almonds, chia seeds and 1 cup of shredded coconut to a food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped.

  2. Add dried pineapple, dates, coconut oil and sea salt. Process until the mixture forms a sticky, dough-like consistency.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in the remaining shredded coconut.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before enjoying.
